Booking

A reservation is confirmed once we acknowledge it via WhatsApp, email, or our booking partners. Bookings are subject to room availability and the rate plan you select. Government taxes and applicable tourism levies are included unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of booking.

Cancellation

Most direct rates allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled check-in. Specific cancellation terms depend on the rate booked — non-refundable rates and special promotions may have stricter terms, which will be clearly disclosed before you confirm. After the cancellation deadline, the first night may be charged.

Bookings made via OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) are governed by the cancellation policy displayed on that platform at the time of booking. Contact the OTA directly for changes.

Check-in / Check-out

  • Check-in: from 15:00 until 23:59
  • Check-out: until 11:00
  • Late arrivals welcome — please notify us via WhatsApp +972 54-438-0123 in advance.
  • Early check-in / late check-out subject to availability and may incur a fee.

House rules

  • No smoking in any room or indoor area. Smoking is permitted only on the shared terrace. A cleaning fee applies to violations.
  • No pets. Service animals are welcome with prior notice.
  • Quiet hours: 22:00–07:00. Soundproof walls protect everyone — please respect other guests.
  • Government-issued photo ID required at check-in for the primary guest.
  • Guests are responsible for damage caused to the room or hotel property.

Payment

We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) in ILS, USD, or EUR. A valid credit card is required at check-in to cover incidentals. Payment is typically due at check-in unless a non-refundable rate was booked.

Liability

SpaceArt Boutique Hotel Jerusalem is not liable for personal items left in the room or public areas. A safe deposit box is available in every room for valuables. Travel insurance is recommended.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Jerusalem.
