What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 until 23:59. Check-out is until 11:00. Late arrivals are welcome — please notify us via WhatsApp (+972 54-438-0123) so we expect you.
Is breakfast available?
Yes. We serve a generous Israeli breakfast in our lounge area every morning. It is available as a paid add-on — ask at booking or at check-in for current pricing.
Do you have parking?
We do not have on-site parking — HaHavatselet is a pedestrian-priority street. Public paid parking is available at Safra Square (5-minute walk). Most guests don't need a car: the light rail is 450 m away and almost everything tourists do is walking distance.
How do I get from the airport?
From Ben Gurion Airport, take the train to Jerusalem-Yitzhak Navon station (32 minutes, runs roughly every 30 min, suspended Friday evening through Saturday evening). From there, a 10-minute taxi or 4 stops on the light rail to HaNevi'im — then a 5-minute walk to the hotel.
What languages does the reception speak?
Ten: Hebrew, English, Spanish, French, Russian, German, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, and Polish.
Are pets allowed?
Unfortunately we do not allow pets at this time. Service animals are welcome — please notify us in advance.
Is the hotel non-smoking?
Yes. All rooms and indoor areas are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted on the shared terrace.
Are the rooms quiet?
Yes. Every room has soundproof walls — central Jerusalem is busy, but you'll sleep through it.
Do all rooms have private bathrooms?
Yes. Every room — Standard Double, Deluxe, Family, Suite — has a private ensuite bathroom with a shower, separate toilet, hair dryer, and free toiletries.
How do I get the best price?
Book directly with us via WhatsApp or phone. We match or beat any rate you find on Booking.com, Agoda, or other OTAs — without their fees.
What is your cancellation policy?
Most rates allow free cancellation up to 24 hours before check-in. Specific terms depend on the rate booked — message us via WhatsApp and we'll confirm your exact policy.
Is the breakfast kosher?
All food products we serve are kosher, sourced from kosher suppliers. The hotel itself does not hold a formal kashrut certificate. If certification is essential for your stay, let us know in advance — there are kosher-certified cafes and restaurants within a few minutes' walk.
Is the hotel suitable for Shabbat-observant guests?
Yes. The hotel is on the ground floor, so no Shabbat elevator is needed. The main entrance normally uses a digital keypad code — but a regular Shabbat key is available on request, so you won't need to use the keypad on Shabbat. Just let us know when you book and we'll have it ready for you. Late check-out on Saturday night, after Shabbat ends, is available for 50% of one night's rate — useful if you can't pack up before Shabbat is out.
