What we collect

• Booking inquiries: name, email, phone, dates, party size, special requests — provided when you contact us via WhatsApp, phone, email, or our booking partners.
• Anonymous analytics: page views, device type, approximate location (city-level), traffic source — to improve the site. No personally identifying data.
• Server logs: IP address, user-agent, timestamp — retained 30 days for security only.

How we use it

Booking data is used solely to fulfill reservations, communicate with you about your stay, and comply with Israeli hospitality law (guest registration, tax records). We never sell or rent personal data.

Third parties

• Vercel — hosting infrastructure (US & EU data centers). Standard server logs only.
• Cloudflare — DNS and DDoS protection. Edge caching may briefly hold page content.
• Google Fonts — typography served from Google CDN. Google may log IP addresses per their privacy policy.
• WhatsApp / Meta— when you message us via WhatsApp, Meta's policies apply to that conversation.
• OTAs (Booking.com, Agoda, etc.) — when you book via a third-party platform, their privacy terms govern that booking.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies for site functionality. We do not yet run advertising trackers. If we add analytics or ad pixels in the future, this policy will be updated and a consent banner shown to EU/UK visitors.

Your rights

Under Israel's Privacy Protection Law (1981) and the EU GDPR (where applicable), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Email ranarchitecture@gmail.com with your request — we respond within 30 days.
