People sometimes ask whether SpaceArt is just a name. It is not. The art is the reason the hotel exists in the form it does — and it is the first thing most guests notice when they walk in.
Why a hotel and not a gallery
A gallery asks you to stand, look, and move on. We wanted the opposite: art you live alongside for a few days — that you pass on the way to breakfast and see again last thing at night. A hotel turns out to be a better home for certain kinds of work than a white-walled room ever was, because you are not performing the act of looking. You are simply living with it.
What you will actually see
The style across the hotel leans bold and contemporary — strong colour, pop-art energy, large-scale pieces that hold a wall rather than decorate it. The corridor sets the tone before you reach your room. Several rooms carry their own signature work, so the mood shifts as you move through the building and no two stays look quite the same.
It changes
The collection is not fixed. We rotate pieces, which means a return visit is genuinely a different visual experience — a room you loved last year may be wearing something new. Guests who come back tend to notice immediately, and that is exactly the point.
Sleeping inside it
There is a particular pleasure in a room that has a point of view. The art is never loud enough to keep you awake — the rooms are calm and the walls are soundproof — but it is present enough that the space feels considered, personal, and unlike a chain hotel two streets over.
